GET YOUR TICKET AS AN SMS TICKET

You can also receive your ticket as an SMS ticket immediately after purchase by clicking “send ticket as SMS” and entering your mobile number.

If you later want your ticket sent as an SMS, follow these steps:

• Log in to your profile at billet.fck.dk
• Click “My account” in the top right corner under your username
• Find the match you are attending and click “Send ticket as SMS” in the bottom right corner
• Enter your phone number and click “Send an SMS”

CONVERT YOUR CARD TO AN SMS TICKET

Convert your card to an SMS ticket for a single match:

• Log in to your profile at billet.fck.dk linked to your card
• Click “My account” in the top right corner under your username
• Find your season ticket/subscription and click the small icon in the top right corner “Go to transaction”
• Find the match where you want the card to be deactivated and converted into a ticket
• Click “Convert to ticket” and confirm
• Choose “Send as SMS ticket”, enter your phone number and click “Send an SMS”
