Stolen or lost ticket

If your ticket has been stolen, you should contact billet@fck.dk as soon as possible.

If you have simply lost your ticket, or have not received it by email, you can find it at billet.fck.dk by logging into your profile.

From there, you can reprint the ticket or receive it as an SMS ticket.

If you lose your ticket on your way to Parken, you can go to the ticket office next to the Fanshop. Here you can either have your ticket resent as an SMS ticket free of charge, or have it reprinted for a fee of 40 DKK per ticket.
