How to use your discount codes/gift cards – F.C. Copenhagen

Have you received a discount code or gift card but are unsure how to use it? Then you can follow our two guides below.

Create a profile – or log in – at billet.fck.dk
Select the match “F.C. Copenhagen vs. xxxx” that your discount code applies to
Choose the stand/section where the discount code is valid
Select the desired number of seats
Indicate whether the tickets should be adult or child tickets
Click the field under “Use discount code/gift card” and enter the code under two of the selected tickets
Then click the blue icon in the bottom right corner
Confirm the terms and conditions in the pop-up window and click “Next”
Click “Complete transaction”
Wait for your order confirmation by email, from which you can download your tickets
Remember to print your tickets for the match – or choose to have them sent as SMS tickets

Use your gift card for your subscription

Log in to your profile at billet.fck.dk
Go to “My account” by clicking your name
Select “Functions” and then “My subscriptions”
Click “Apply voucher” and enter the discount code from the gift card
The value of the gift card will then automatically be deducted from your next payment
