Accessibility conditions and wheelchair spaces
General information
Certain access conditions depend on whether you are an FCK fan or a fan of the away team, as described below.
Tickets before matchday
The number of wheelchair spaces in Parken is unfortunately limited, and we therefore always recommend that special wheelchair tickets are purchased well in advance. They must be purchased via kundeservice@fck.dk, as the spaces are reserved in the ticketing system and are therefore not accessible to everyone. Prices vary from match to match and will be provided by Customer Service.
For certain matches, such as the Derby, the away team sells tickets for the away section themselves. This also applies to wheelchair spaces for fans of the away team, as described later.
Companion
Wheelchair users who can present a valid companion card from Danske Handicaporganisationers Brugerservice can bring a companion to Parken free of charge. The companion ticket must also be ordered in advance by contacting Customer Service at kundeservice@fck.dk.

Tickets on matchday
If you only purchase your ticket on matchday, you should not email kundeservice@fck.dk, but instead go to the Customer Service office on the corner of the C and D Stands, i.e. the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Allé, right next to the Fanshop and Gasoline Grill.
There is entrance from street level, and here you can purchase both wheelchair and companion tickets, if more are available. You must also bring your companion card.
Location of wheelchair spaces
Parken has three wheelchair platforms: two on the Lower B Stand, B8 – Wheelchair and B10 – Wheelchair, and one on the Family Stand, D. The latter platform, located right next to D1, is normally only used by the away team when the away section is located in D1.
The sections look as follows on the B Stand and D Stand respectively:
Accessible parking on Parken’s premises
All entry by car must be via Østerbrogade and Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads — not via Øster Alle.
Parken has a limited number of accessible parking spaces in front of the B Stand, for which an accessible parking permit must be used. Otherwise, fans cannot park on Parken’s premises on matchdays.
From here, there is only a short distance to the wheelchair entrance at the B Stand. However, to get to the wheelchair spaces on the D Stand, you must go along the A Stand and around the corner at Per Henrik Lings Allé to the VIP entrance.
If this causes problems, you can — if you have a companion or driver with you — be driven to the VIP entrance and picked up again after the match.
If you are driving yourself and are unable to get from the accessible parking spaces by the B Stand to the VIP entrance, please contact kundeservice@fck.dk in advance, and we will help find a solution.
If you are being driven to Parken by private car — and do not have an accessible parking permit — you can be driven in and dropped off, and picked up after the match, at either B9/B10/B11 or the D Stand. In that case, however, the car must leave the area during the match.
Electric scooter, mobility scooter, etc.
If you wish to bring an electric scooter or mobility scooter, please inform us when contacting us about ticket purchases, and provide the dimensions of your vehicle. We cannot always guarantee that there will be room to bring them up onto the wheelchair platforms, but otherwise we will try to find another solution.
Wheelchair spaces on the Lower B Stand
The B9/B10/B11 entrances are used, from where a lift takes you up to the platform on Lower B.
Accessible toilets are located on the same level as the entrances, so the lift can be used to get from the wheelchair spaces to the toilets.
There are various food and drink stands under the stand, and stewards will be happy to help collect food and drinks if you are unable to do so yourself.
Wheelchair spaces on the D Stand
The VIP entrance at Per Henrik Lings Allé 2 is used. From here, you can take the lift to level 3, accompanied by a steward, as this requires an access card. From level 3, there is direct access to the wheelchair spaces as well as an accessible toilet right next to them. An access card is not required to take the lift back down to ground level.
There are various food and drink stands under the stand, and stewards will be happy to help collect food and drinks if you are unable to do so yourself.
Particularly for FCK fans in wheelchairs
You can choose accessible spaces on both the B and D Stands. However, as mentioned, away fans are often located on the D Stand, either in D1 or in D2 and/or D3. For certain matches, it may therefore not feel ideal for an FCK fan to be seated in the accessible section right next to the away fans.
Particularly for away fans in wheelchairs
When the away team’s fans are located on Upper A, section A11, we unfortunately cannot offer a wheelchair space in this section, as Parken has neither a lift nor an elevator to Upper A. Instead, we recommend the wheelchair spaces on the D Stand, or you can contact kundeservice@fck.dk to find other solutions.
Wheelchair spaces on the D Stand can be purchased by contacting kundeservice@fck.dk. However, if the away team is responsible for selling tickets to the away section, you must contact them regarding ticket purchases for yourself and any companion.
As mentioned under “Parking”, Parken only has accessible parking behind the B Stand. In addition to the distance to the accessible entrance on the D Stand, it may feel unsafe as an away fan to move around the stands reserved for FCK fans. You are therefore welcome to contact us in advance at kundeservice@fck.dk if you do not feel comfortable using the spaces behind the B Stand, and we will help find a solution.
Non-wheelchair users / other types of disabilities
We are aware that there are many other forms of disability or functional impairment besides temporarily or permanently using a wheelchair. If you have special wishes or needs, please contact kundeservice@fck.dk in advance, so we can look into the possibility of finding the solution that suits you best.
Non-wheelchair users can purchase tickets for all open stand sections. However, if you wish to bring a companion, the companion ticket must be ordered in advance by contacting kundeservice@fck.dk. This only requires that you have a companion card from Danske Handicaporganisationers Brugerservice.
This also applies if you wish to receive a free companion ticket. You can do so if you can present a companion card from Danske Handicaporganisationers Brugerservice, and this applies to all stand sections in Parken. Read more here:

If you only purchase your ticket on matchday, you should not email kundeservice@fck.dk, but instead go to the Customer Service office on the corner of the C and D Stands, i.e. the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Allé, right next to the Fanshop and Gasoline Grill.
Accessible spaces for DBU matches
When DBU is the match organiser, typically for national team matches and cup finals, they are also responsible for all ticket sales.
You should therefore contact DBU at billetsalg@dbu.dk. In the email, please state which match you want tickets for, how many spaces you need, and whether a companion will be accompanying you. In the subject field, write “Wheelchair space for national team match” or “Wheelchair space for cup final”.
Accessible spaces for concerts
For concerts, you must also purchase a special wheelchair ticket. However, access conditions and location are determined from concert to concert, and we therefore refer you to the relevant concert organiser. The event information will state who is organising the concert and is responsible for ticket sales, etc.
Away matches
You can also receive a companion ticket with a valid companion card for our away matches.
This requires that you contact us before the sale starts and attach a photo of the companion card. This is only possible if there are tickets left in the sales group you belong to when the tickets go on sale. You can always keep track of the sales groups here:
https://www.fck.dk/udebane
Please note that companions must also have a valid away card in order to enter the away section. Read more here:
