How to Cancel Your Ticket – If You Don’t Need It

If you have purchased a ticket but, for one reason or another, are unable to attend after all, you can cancel your ticket as follows and receive a refund. Please note that this is only possible up to 48 hours before the match.

1. Click on your name and then select “My Account.”

2. Click on the ticket you would like to cancel.

3. Click on “Annuller billet.”

4. Click on "Ja"

5. Then click “Næste” and “Tjek.”

If you have paid for the ticket and choose a refund, the money will be returned within 5 business days.

Please note that if you have claimed a ticket (as a ticket subscriber) but do not use it, you will lose 20 loyalty points.
