Ticket on Mobile or Print

Print-at-Home

If you purchased your ticket at billet.fck.dk, you can download and print your tickets.

You can find your tickets through the link in your order confirmation email or by logging in to billet.fck.dk and viewing your transaction list.

Mobile

You can scan your PDF print-at-home tickets at the entrance using your mobile phone by tapping the QR code in the bottom right corner of the ticket. However, this requires that your phone has internet access via mobile data or Wi-Fi.

You can find your tickets through the link in your order confirmation email or by logging in to billet.fck.dk and viewing your transaction list.

The above only applies if you have the original ticket PDF from billet.fck.dk saved on your mobile device.

You can also have the ticket sent directly as an SMS ticket immediately after purchase by clicking “Send ticket as SMS” and entering your mobile number. If you later want your ticket sent by SMS, please do the following:

• Log in to your profile on billet.fck.dk.
• Click “My Account” in the top right corner under your username.
• Find the match you are attending and click “Send ticket as SMS” in the bottom right corner.
• Enter your phone number and click “Send SMS”.

Screenshots Are Not Accepted

If your SMS ticket cannot be scanned on your mobile phone due to a damaged screen or other issues unrelated to the functionality of the SMS ticket itself, a new ticket can be printed at the ticket office located at the corner between the C and D stands. A fee of DKK 40 per ticket applies.
