Subscription renewal and upgrade

Here is a guide on how to renew or upgrade your product.

Longside card subscription

If you have a card subscription, it will automatically continue. Changes will only occur if your usage rate is insufficient and/or if you cancel it yourself. Should any changes apply, you will be contacted directly by email.

Section 12 card subscription

If you have a card subscription for Section 12, it will automatically continue. Changes will only occur if your usage rate is insufficient and/or if you cancel it yourself. If there are any changes, you will be contacted directly by email.

Ticket subscription for the Family Stand or Section 12

If you have a ticket subscription, you do not need to renew it. Your subscription will automatically continue if your usage rate meets the requirements. The usage rate is calculated based only on the tickets you have claimed.
