Below you can find the rules and requirements for each stand for the upcoming season:
- The attendance requirement remains unchanged: Minimum 50% attendance in the A, C, and D stands, and 85% in Section 12.
- Converted tickets only count toward usage if they are scanned at the entrance.
- Released tickets only count as attendance if they are released no later than 24 hours before kick-off.
- Ticket subscription holders can now release claimed tickets directly in the app.
What happens if I release my season ticket or card subscription – does it count?
If you release your season ticket or card subscription for a match, it counts as 100% usage for that specific match.

What happens if I convert my season ticket or card subscription – does it count?
If you convert your season ticket or card subscription for a match, it only counts if the ticket is scanned at the entrance.

What happens if I do not meet the above requirements?
If you do not meet the above requirements, you will not be eligible for a product that grants access to F.C. Copenhagen matches in the next season.
How do I release my ticket with a ticket subscription if I cannot attend?
If you have claimed a ticket for a match but are unable to attend, you can release it at www.billet.fck.dk as shown in this guide:

It will also be possible to release tickets via the app – we will provide a guide as soon as this becomes available.
What if I do not claim a ticket with my ticket subscription?
If you do not claim a ticket using your ticket subscription, it will not count toward your overall usage rate.
Where can I see my usage rate?
We expect that during the season, you will be able to view your usage rate in the app or on your FCK profile.
How can I see if my season ticket or ticket has been scanned?
You can check this at www.billet.fck.dk under “FCK Points” – here you can see whether you have earned points for the relevant matches.
