We are currently sold out at the stadium and have limited options to relocate seats while the season is ongoing.
We recommend that you contact us at kundeservice@fck.dk during the off-season, when we have a better overview of any available seats.
From June 2, it will also be possible to email customer service with requests for seat changes after the renewal period.
However, you must renew your product first, as we cannot guarantee that seats matching your preferences will be available.
How to request a seat change
If you wish to request a change of seat, please send the following information by email:
- State your current seat and the email address your profile is registered with
- If you wish to move seats together with others, please:
- Provide all their names and contact email addresses
- Specify their current seats
- CC them on the email so we can ensure that everyone agrees to the change
- Indicate your preferred seating options in order of priority – preferably as precisely as possible, including section, row, and seat number
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated, and therefore we cannot ensure that all requests will be fulfilled.
