Lost season/subscription card
If you have lost your season/subscription card, you can order a new one by sending us an email at kundeservice@fck.dk
If you only discover this on match day, you can use this function to gain access to the match:
Replacement season card access
There is a fee of DKK 150 for reissuing a new season/subscription card. When a new card is issued, the old one will be blocked to prevent misuse.
Forgotten season/subscription card
If you have forgotten your season/subscription card for a match, you have two options.
You can log in to the FCK app, where you can display your season card, which can also be scanned at the entrance. Please note that scratches or cracks on your phone screen may affect whether your card can be scanned. Screenshots of the season card from the app are not valid as tickets.
If you are unable to show your card in the app, or if your screen is damaged, you can instead get a replacement ticket, which works as your season card for that one match. The replacement ticket costs DKK 40 and can be purchased at the ticket office at the corner between the C and D stands. A replacement ticket is only issued to the owner of the season card.
Defective season/subscription card
If your season/subscription card is visibly damaged (e.g. bent, torn, or similar), there is a fee of DKK 150 for reissuing a new card.
If your card is intact but simply cannot be scanned, we will of course issue a free replacement card.
In both cases, you must contact . If you arrive on match day later than two hours before kickoff, you should instead go to the ticket office at the corner between the C and D stands. They can help you gain access to the match and find the best solution for the future.
We recommend that you contact us by email before match day, as the ticket office is often very busy.
