If you notice that you are missing points, you can contact us with documentation of your valid match ticket or season ticket for the game.
We can only award points for up to one yearย้อนหลัง, as it is your responsibility to personalise your tickets and/or ensure they are scanned correctly at the entrance.
If we do not receive valid documentation of your attendance at the match, we may reject your request to add the points.
How do I personalise my ticket?
For example, if you have changed your seat for a match, the ticket will be visible under “Tickets” on billet.fck.dk.
Here, you can select the relevant ticket and choose “Assign owner,” where you add your email address. This ensures that you receive your points – every time. See below:
