FCK Points that were earned more than five years ago are continuously archived and will not be included when prioritising tickets for, for example, away matches.
What happens to my expired FCK Points?
Expired FCK Points are archived in the system after five years. These points will no longer be visible in your profile. However, in special circumstances, both active and expired points may be considered.
Why do FCK Points expire?
FCK Points expire on a rolling basis after five years to ensure that new and active fans also have the opportunity to qualify for tickets, especially for away matches. Therefore, current and future points will be recorded for five years. This policy takes effect from summer 2024.
