How do I take over the payment for my subscription myself?

If another person has purchased a subscription or season ticket on your behalf, you can take over the payment yourself so that the subscription will be paid from your own payment card going forward.

This might be relevant, for example, if a friend or family member has purchased multiple subscriptions together, and you subsequently want to manage the payments individually.

Important before you can change the payer

For the option Change payer to be visible, you and the current owner/payer must be friends with each other on billet.fck.dk.

This means that if your friend has purchased the subscription on your behalf, you must first be connected as friends on the ticket platform before you can take over the payment.

How to take over the payment

1. Log in to your profile on billet.fck.dk.
2. Go to My account.
3. Select My subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription you want to take over the payment for.
5. Click on Change payer.

1. Select the payment card you want to use for the subscription.
2. Click Save changes.

Once the change is saved, the subscription will appear on your profile, and you will be responsible for the payment going forward. (see the image below) 
 

Important to know

By taking over the payment, you accept the terms and conditions that the original buyer accepted when purchasing the subscription.
