How to cancel your ticket if you no longer need it

If you have claimed a ticket as a ticket subscriber, but for some reason can no longer attend, you can cancel your ticket as follows:

Click your name and then select “My Account”

Click the ticket you would like to cancel

Click “Cancel Ticket”

Sådan annullerer du din billet, hvis du ikke skal bruge den (3:5).png

Press “Yes"

Sådan annullerer du din billet, hvis du ikke skal bruge den (4:5).png

Then click “Next” and “Check”

PLEASE NOTE: If you have claimed a ticket (as a ticket subscriber) but do not use it, you will receive minus 20 FCK points.
