Membership Information in FCK Away

To become a member of FCK Away, you must have an FCK Profile and provide the information below as well as upload a picture of yourself.

• Date of birth
• Address
• Mobile number
• Email address

Picture Requirements

The picture must be passport photo format, a clear likeness, and taken straight on. You may not wear headgear in the photo, and the face must not be fully or partially covered. If the picture is not clear enough, we may reject your membership, and you must reapply with a new photo.

Changing Membership Information

If you need to change your information, such as address, phone number, or email address, you must log in to your FCK Profile and update the information under “My Settings.”

If you want to change your picture in FCK Away, please email it to fckaway@fck.dk. You will then be notified when it has been approved. We are working on allowing you to upload a new picture yourself in the FCK Profile, and when this becomes possible, we will inform you. (However, we will still need to approve the picture first, which can take up to five business days).

Protection of Your Membership Information

F.C. Copenhagen takes your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.

Personal information provided when purchasing an FCK Away membership is handled responsibly and in accordance with the law, including applicable laws regarding the processing of personal data.

This information is not shared with third parties, but we may disclose information to the Police if necessary.

We also refer to F.C. Copenhagen’s privacy policy, which can be found at any time at fck.dk/privatlivspolitik. The privacy policy details what information is collected, how it is processed, who has access to the information, etc. By registering for FCK Away, members agree to F.C. Copenhagen’s processing of personal information for use in FCK Away.
